Guided Walk around St.Wulstans
This will be followed on Sunday the 21st June by a free guided walk of the main features of St. Wulstans hospital by Graham George. Meet at the Nature Reserve Car Park at 14:30. map

The Hawthorns Public House

The campaign to keep the Hawthorns Inn goes on. Local campaign group, FRoTH, has tried to keep the closure in the public eye. Upper Welland Community Group supports FRoTH. Link to FRoTH webpage.

Broadband Petition:
In April 2008 our chairman, Graham George, wrote to the chairman of BT, Sir Michael Rake to complain about the poor broadband service and low bandwidth in the village. The letter was copied to the Office of Telecommunications (Ofcom), the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman (Telo) and Sir Michael Spicer MP (for South Worcestershire).
